I have finally done it! Moved out of my parents house into my very own apartment with my boyfriend Sean. I am a little out of my comfort zone of perfect weather san diego but I think I will manage. It seems to get easier and easier each day, the first day I was on the verge of tears any time I thought of my family. I know they are happy for me, but I also know that they'd rather me be happy 1,000 miles closer!
The apartment looks great, the furniture Sean picked out is absoutely perfect for us. I hope he knows how much I love and appreciate him because I know I would not have done this unless I was in this for the long haul. Sean's mom and his dad live close by so I will have pseudo parents if I need them but I already told Sean that they do not hold a grain of salt to my real mom and dad.
I will be updating on the status of the apartment once the moving van brigns the rest of our furniture and my clothes!

You are going to do so wonderfully!!!! I am so excited for you and this new adventure! Maybe some time your mom and I will have to meet in the middle of the country and we could visit you as well!
